The Accounting Coordinator processes Fixed Asset transactions and reports for the month.
Primary Responsibilities are :
Ensure proper capitalization of fixed asset acquisition
Ensure complete documentation and approval on disposal, transfer and changes in asset
Prepare Fixed Asset report
Prepare account reconciliation
Liaise with different department on asset transfer and disposal
Address request from various department related to Fixed Asset transaction
Complete audit requirement and respond to audit inquiries
Complete other ADHOC task assigned by the management
Education and Experience :
1-2 years Accounting experience (any facets)
Shared Service experience is an advantage
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Efficient in Windows, Word and Excel.
Must pay constant attention to detail and be able to multi task daily
Good English communication skills
