Qualifications?
Must be at least be a high school graduate, old curriculum , or Senior HS grad
With at least 6 months BPO experience or 1 year non BPO experience
With excellent communication skills
Must be willing to work on site
Must be willing to go onsite to take Dragon Test
Must have an ability to understand the customer’s needs
