Key Areas of Accountability :
Acts as the Pex Resource representative in the affiliate by managing the communication and implementation of Performance Excellence cycle (Goal setting, Mid-year and Yearend assessments, Calibration and Growth Planning).
Advises supervisors and employees on the requirements, implementation, and issues concerning the Performance Management System including Workday.
Acts as the subject-matter-expert in Performance Excellence. Conducts training to new managers and employees on the Pex principles, framework and process.
Facilitates Pex refresher courses for Managers and employees.
Identifies opportunities on how to further improve and enhance the Pex process and TMS online system.
Career and Learning & Development
Promotes the Growth & Development process to Managers and employees through career maps / paths and the use of assessment tools and development guides and educating employees on the importance / benefits of having a solid and implementable growth plan.
Acts as advisor / consultant to employees in creating and implementing their growth plans.
Partners with the HR Manager / HR Director in managing the delivery of the Leadership and Professional Development programs in terms of the training cycle by identifying training needs and Organizing training runs to ensure training is relevant and delivered on time.
Determines needs of the business by conducting needs assessment to diagnose human capital issues
Develops solutions by matching the needs of a Division and the services of HR Service Centers and coordinating with both stakeholders in the development and implementation of solutions
Supports the business in decision making by providing data, implications, and options
Converts HR strategic initiatives into actionable and customized plans
Promotes and maintains good Employee Relations (ER) by 1) researching, developing, and administering employee relation programs, 2) providing counseling and guidance on ER infractions and validation, and 3) providing career guidance
Advises line managers on resolving ER issues
Creates an environment of engagement and information sharing by developing and administering communication programs
Consolidates data for monthly HR Key Performance Indicators report and provides data on matters pertaining to Code of Business Conduct
Knowledge & Experience :
Required skills : employee relations, employee engagement, business partnering.
Preferred skills : presentation, communication
Required languages : English, Filipino
PEX rating of AE for the last 2 years
No active disciplinary action enforced at the time of the application
6-8 yrs Experienced Employee specializing in Human Resources or equivalent, job role in General HR or Employee / Labor Relation.
Adept with creating reports in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint preferred

Minimum Qualification :
Candidate must be a graduate of any Behavioral Science or Business course.
