As a brand manager, you will be responsible for the brand management of over-the counter and Rx products. You will be developing and implementing the brand strategies and propositions, driving tactical promotion activities to achieve business objectives.

Leads the development of the business plan and brand strategy.
Fully understand and communicate brand strategies.
Actively seeks for consumer insights.
Identifies relevant target markets, audiences and channels and the most appropriate vehicles to reach them.
Plans media strategy for the brand, evaluates and analyses media performance on a regular basis.
Translate Global strategies into effective channel, consumer, trade and digital strategies.
Assists in brand communication strategy and delivery of winning creative materials against this strategy.
Creation of communication briefs for consumer and HCP materials.
Leadership of creative development process and production process.
Evaluating communication results and refining the direction for future development
Monitoring & Reporting
Collecting information and marketing intelligence to support bran, using available tools.
Closely monitors sales performance, with a clear knowledge of achievements and gaps.
Evaluates sales gaps, proposes and implements plans to fill the gaps.
Handles the Brand P&L and financial metrics including profitability, sales promotion expense monitoring and control vs budget.
KOL Management External Partnerships
Handles and develops brand HCP KOLs
Develops brand scientific modules in coordination w / medical manager and key opinion leaders (KOL).
Liaises and participates in relationship-building activities with key medical societies and key medical practitioners
Fully understand the distribution system of the assigned brand(s), monitor product visibility and ensure maximum level of awareness.
Together with Sales team, identifying distribution channel potential.
Forecasts product stocks accurately, ensuring stocks are available to meet demands.
You have a Bachelor’s degree
Marketing experience (min. years) in Consumer health and / or FMCG
Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
Ability to handle ambiguity and reach logical conclusions.
Takes initiative and follows-through on commitment to achieve results.
Strong communication and influence skills, Fluent in English and Tagalog; additional language a plus
You are proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
