The HR Assistant assists in the day to day HR responsibilities. They ensure that employees needs are met, and critical HR duties are taken care of.
1) In-charge in the preparation of Performance Review Form and other movement letters
2) Assist in the issuance of Return to Work Order and other notices
3) Assist in the preparation of monthly reports to be submitted to the respective government agencies
4) In-charge of enrolling employees with the HMO provider and request for deletion upon separation.
5) Assist in other Employee Relations task.
