Duties and Responsibilities :
Answers technical and procedural questions of the clients.
Make use of the company tools to attract more clients.
Organize an everyday work schedule for the existing or potential clients on request to purchase, lease, manage, or sell property
Research and analyse the type of sales outlet or trade factor and alter the content of sales presentation if needed.
Negotiate with the owner representative in terms of the dealing of properties.
Submit a daily reports to the management.
Observe and monitor the competitors innovations by getting the information needed to boost the company’s profile.
Suggest if there are changes in service, policy and products by assessing the competitive developments and results.
Settle the customer complaints and take an action.
Keep the past records of the customer sales and provide it if necessary.
Accomplish the things that are needed by contributing it to the team.
Skills and Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
A least 2 to 3-year experience in the real estate industry.
Have strong and excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Use time management wisely and effectively.
Organized and keen to details.
Easily to adapt in multinational environment.
Must be able to multi-task.
Willing to learn new things.
Must show professionalism at all times.
Willing to do field work.
