Job Description : Responsible in answering to queries from clients through calls and emails in an efficient manner. Assist clients in resolving their issues and concerns.

Escalate other support concerns to the right team.Job Requirements : Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably a business courseAt least 1 to 2 years of working experience in any standard ERP products, preferably SAP Business One, and in Audit & Accounting firmsAbility to effectively negotiate and resolve issues and conflicts independently for internal and external customers.

Self-motivated and shows initiative.Excellent written and oral communication skills necessary.Strong interpersonal skillsA team playerOrganized and have keen attention to detailsPrevious customer service experience is a plus
