The Canada Upgrade Business Solutions Consultant supports clients from a practical, administrative and product perspective.

Provides guidance and research in response to a wide variety of questions, requests, projects and issues presented by client HR / Benefits Administrators.

Primary focus will be on working with carriers to perform manual updates for clients that no connection has been set up.


  • Overall responsibility to produce, analyze and provide summary reporting to the business to identify trends, successes, and areas of improvement for the Strategic Platform Upgrades teams
  • Report directly to local Director with dotted line to Manager Offshore Operations
  • Responsible for reporting and analysis of new Sales Order submitted by Sales and the Client Engagement team
  • Responsible for reporting and analysis of Upgrades backlog
  • Oversight of Upgrades backlog clean up to ensure that all SCN lines are linked, dates are accurate and status updates are submitted from in process through to completed
  • Ensure that Tableau forecasting data is accurate and oversight of India, Manila, and Onshore inputs to achieve 80%+ forecast accuracy
  • Complete transition to service reporting to ensure timely and accurate submission of requests
  • Provide adhoc reporting as requested for presentations
  • Complete data analytics for projects and new initiatives to determine viability and success factors
  • Act as the subject matter expert in Tableau, eStart, LaunchPad, CEH and support questions from Strategic Platform Upgrades leadership
  • Act as backup to update and maintain the MasterList daily to include new sales orders and addition details required for reporting purposes and to support the Onboarding process
  • Prepare and circulate a Weekly Sales Order report to senior leadership to provide visibly of new sales order details
  • Ability to escalate technical issues that impact eOrder and LaunchPad and follow up to resolve any outstanding issues
  • Communicate effectively with ADP internal partners to effectively complete tasks
  • Participate in projects and support initiative that impact the existing Sales order process or reporting process
  • Focus on continuous improvement and identify and solve process gaps that impact the upgrade client experience
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by management

  • Expert knowledge of eStart, LaunchPad, Tableau
  • Expert knowledge of ADP’s infrastructure and ADP’s traditional and new products / services in business processing and outsourcing required.
  • Software knowledge : Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project Management software, WebEx & Live Meeting software
  • Interpersonal and relationship skills sufficient to adapt style and approach based on audience and situation, e.g., can act as teacher or influencer, broker agreements on resolution
  • Well-developed communication skills, with experience in providing presentations during conference calls
  • Proven ability to work in an environment committed to team work
