â¢Creating reports based on input from others.
â¢Drafts and finalizes written correspondence and documentation for the team
â¢Manage a task list for the team and gathering updates and reminding when necessary.
â¢Highly efficient time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
â¢Strong capability to multitask without dropping any, unless stakeholders are informed and finish assigned tasks / projects before deadlines are due
â¢ Stakeholder management skills and able to work well in all levels of the organization
â¢Know when to escalate issues
â¢Great communication skills
â¢Able to understand IT technical concepts
â¢MS Office proficient i.e. PowerPoint, Excel
â¢SNOW reporting knowledge an advantage but not required
