Job Description

  • Process benefit claims
  • Facilitates resolution for HMO, Separation Pay, BIR Enrolment and other benefits
  • Handle HR Requirements for soon to open branches
  • Resolve helpdesk on timekeeping system, create user quick guidelines and perform user acceptance tests
  • Consolidation and analysis of data
  • Implement new systems / processes
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering
  • Fresh Graduate or have at least 1-year experience in handling HR Systems
  • Skilled in Using Microsoft Office Excel
  • Have basic knowledge of data analysis
  • Skillful in creating strategies to streamline work processes
  • With good communication and project management skills
