You will work with the Bid Manager to qualify, organize and follow up on leads gathered from the company’s marketing efforts.
This includes the creation of prequalification questionnaires, email responses, managing client bid documentation as well as content consolidation.
As a coordinator, you will act as a support by responding to leads, scheduling calls, and coordinating with Operations to gather the needed information for the creation of proposals.
You will be tasked to create decks and presentations that tell the company’s and the client’s stories by managing the content and aligning it with the company’s branding with the direction of the Bid Manager.
You will also have the opportunity to work on projects alongside the team on building communications content, digital production, and other creative initiatives.
You will be working cross-functionally to align project completion to clients’ and stakeholders’ timescales. As working with clients and stakeholders can be demanding, you should bring grit, critical thinking, and a high level of emotional intelligence, and most importantly show a high level of willingness to learn as well as a willingness to change.
