We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.Being in one of the most fast-paced industry, Ninja Van’s Sales Enablement Training Team is dedicated to equipping and empowering our sales teams to enable them to achieve business results and become a catalyst for a positive culture within the organization.

With that, we will need an energetic, people-focused, and result-driven Sales Training Specialist who’ll not only help design, develop, implement, and execute training curricula, but also be proactive and pleasant in the crucial task of stakeholder management as we rollout our initiatives for the coming fiscal year.

Main Duties

  • Assist the Training Manager in designing, planning, organizing, and execution of Regionally and Locally developed training programs
  • Assist and collaborate with the Training Manager in coordination with relevant stakeholders to assess learning and / or skills gaps and determine training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, consultation with sales managers, and even on-field / online immersion.
  • Able to contribute to the designing of learning paths and training curricula in view of the specific core and functional competencies required by management
  • Able to create, obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such learning decks, handouts or visual materials.
  • Able to present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
  • And should have proficient training delivery, facilitation, and platform skills for proper classroom management.

  • Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness, and develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
  • Evaluate training materials prepared by the Regional Training Team, such as outlines, text, or handouts and be able to contextualize and localize said materials for better execution.
  • Evaluate modes of training delivery, such as in-person or virtual to optimize training effectiveness, training costs, or environmental impacts.
  • Develop and update regional and local reports upon execution of training programs
  • Updating and managing of Ninja Van’s Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business or Psychology
  • Preferably 2-4 years experienced employees specialising in training and development or equivalent.
  • Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
  • Experience in a dynamic start-up or high growth environment is preferred
  • Actual sales experience background is a plus
  • Can work in a team and extend cooperation to different departments
  • Proactive and engaging doesn’t just wait but searches for the answers
  • Organized and focused knows how to prioritize and can work with minimal supervision
  • Results-driven shows up with the expected output. Proposes solutions when faced with blockers
  • Stakeholder-focused sincerely seeks out a win-win arrangement with any POC he / she is in coordination with
