Requirements :
JLPT N1-N3 Passer / Level
At least Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's / College Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
Can speak, read, and write the Japanese language, at least N3 level, higher much better. Must be confident and comfortable using the Japanese language in a conversation, and meetings.
Responsibilities :
With experience in Helpdesk, Technical support, Troubleshooting
Preferably 1 - 4 Yrs experience in IT, System Administration, Network Operation
Cisco CCNA / CCNP Certification or similar is a plus but not required
Manage the overall workflow of the IT Department
Plan, design, and implement network systems, including the configuration of devices
Manage user accounts for Company Email Services
Troubleshoot the network and system infrastructure of the Company including, but not limited to, VPNs, firewalls, routers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Work with team members to conduct routine system audits, and make recommendations to improve reliability and performance
Support other global offices regarding IT issues related, but not limited to, VPNs, firewalls, routers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Lead, train, and mentor Junior Network Administrators in the local branch and oversee weekly and monthly KPI sessions
Create weekly and monthly IT reports for the upper management
Review IT policies including, but not limited to, Remote Access Policies, Laptop and Desktop Policies, Internet Usage Policies, Security Awareness, and Change Management Policies
