Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility : This position is responsible for onboarding tasks for new Unified Agent (UA) customers and supporting tasks on sustaining UA as a prerequisite for all UA enabled Smart Services capabilities (Precision Diagnostic, Proactive Dispatching, Remote Event Viewer, Intelligent Dispatch, etc.
intelligently dispatch a CE with the correct part, Repair operation as well as detailed information on the failure; Remotely resolve a failure, avoiding the CE dispatch all together.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to : Participate in onboarding new customers (provide installation packages, technical knowledge and support) Maintain data collection capability to a diverse environment of connected devices Support and continuously evolve Unified Agent Sustain capability Work with various business and technical stakeholders towards resolution of UA related issues (troubleshooting from communication and data validation perspective) Setting up and testing Lab equipment Assist with the development of both ad hoc and prototype reports and tools to ensure effective management of incoming data streams and customer onboarding activities Merging and analysis of data samples from disparate database structures Candidates profile and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent Excellent English written and verbal communication skills Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Previous experience in technical / software support Knowledge / Experience with database structures and query languages (Oracle SQL) Strong Excel Skills (Pivot tables) Basic programming experience is a plus Motivated self-starter, with a high capacity for rapid learning and meticulous attention to detail Ability to work independently and with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures Good time management and organizational skills Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
