Reporting to the Center Head, the TCOE Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the delivery of key projects which are the responsibility of the Testing Center of Excellence.
The primarily role is managing the Philippine TCOE and specific projects to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget.
The TCOE Service Delivery Manager will work with other members of the team to ensure that :
Quality assurance measures and metrics are in place and documented
Projects are properly scoped with clear accountabilities, SLAs and resources, and progress is monitored and non-compliance flagged
All stakeholders are effectively engaged and there is effective communication to all stakeholders
Dependencies and conflicts are managed between projects
Collaboration takes place across the TCOE
Risks are identified and managed
Areas of improvement or efficiencies within the projects being managed are identified
Should have experience managing QA Managers & Senior QA Managers / Group QA Managers.
More than 12 years experience (at least) in delivery management from IT services companies.
Working experience in an Onsite-Offshore model.
Strong in Agile based Delivery Management- Must have handled teams in both manual and automation.
Experience of working on multiple projects
