Roles and Responsibilities :
Produce social listening reports for social listening and analysis projects assigned by immediate superior for various LOBs
Ensure complete understanding of client brief / request before performing social media scans, including objectives, background, and expected output
Produce social listening reports with little to no supervision and deliver output in a timely manner, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations through proper understanding of scan results and translating numbers into actionable insights.
Provide detailed and quality analysis to supplement reports.
Work hand-in-hand with the Social Media Strategy team in the integration of Social Listening data to the social media strategy of the company and / or for concerned Lines of Businesses (LOBs).
Align with the Social Media Strategy team on product or brand-related campaigns where social listening is required.
Provide consumer insights and competitive analyses based on nature of campaign and / or chosen platform. Perform continuous monitoring of social media landscape before, during, and after campaign.
Monitor social media crises and / or topics / events directly affecting ABS-CBN Corporation, its staff, its talents, or any of its subsidiaries, showing urgency and awareness of the gravity of such situations.
Put in extra hourse when necessary (may be in and out of the office) to closely monitor and periodically update concerned parties of any progress.
Practice confidentiality and discretion with results.
Work closely with respective LOB representatives (internal or external) to understand, develop, and deliver output as per client requests while adhering to internal processes
Push importance of documentation by ensuring that all perinent forms (e.g., Social Listening Request) are properly filled prior to performing social media scan.
Always attend internal meetings called by the client / client representative as requried. Be able to present findings clearly to the client.
Manage expectations of client regarding scopre of work and timelines.
Understand the role of the position and the Audience Management pillar in major undertakings of DMD and taking both active and proactive participation in the same.
Be proactive with special projects showing initiative in taking on additional work to expand role in company. Take the lead in tasks that will not only contribute to the success of the Audience Management pillar but DMD as a whole.
Share time and knowledge by participating in special projects. Foster a good working relationship with suppliers and / or external stakeholders.
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as deemed necessary by direct superior.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in a job related field such as Statistics, Marketing, PR, and Business Communications, preferably with exceptional class standing
Must have at least 1 year of hands on experience in social media listening and analysis, or any such similar experience, using popular social media listening and analytics tools
Able to provide meaningful and actionable insights from the analysis of social listening results to effectively communicate the same to stakeholders.
Able to effectively balance between the need for deep analysis and practicality and timelines
Strong analytical skills is a must to be able to interpret social media and other online data and give recommendations in response to issues and other concerns that may affect the company's image or profit
Must be a team player, but able to work independently when needed
Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points

Experience in the use of popular social listening tools (Radian6, Sysomos, Brandtology, Social Mention, Topsy, etc.) is highly preferred
Displays sufficient knowledge in the use of ABS-CBN's subscribed social listening tool, including effectively and efficiently setting up of topic profiles (keyword configurations, filters, sentiment targets, etc).
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word
