  • Strictly enforce the Fit-out Guidelines, House Rules and Deed of Restriction
  • Timely and accurate submission of the Weekly / Monthly Property Management Status Report to the Client (weekly walk-through Inspection)
  • Timely submission of the Quarterly Risk Management and Score Card Audit Report to the Client and
  • Services Contracts are 100% updated - signed and notarized
  • 100% Compliance to all statutory requirements (necessary permits and licenses for the property)
  • 100% Accomplishment of the planned 52-Week Preventive Maintenance
  • 100% EOS Compliance
  • Emergency Call Tree and ERT are in place and cascaded to the rest of the building staff
  • Perform Semi-Annual Vendor Performance Evaluation to all third-party vendors
  • Preparation and approval of the current year's Operating Budget
  • Target Collection Efficiency of 90%
  • Implement at least 2 Customer Service Programs
  • Provide at least 2 Energy Management Program or Cost Reduction Initiative
  • Achieve a minimum score of 4.0 in the Client Satisfaction Survey
  • Presentation of the year-end Accomplishment and Account Plan for the coming year
  • Timely Service Help Desk Response and Client / Tenant Email Response
  • Actively seeks ways to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Delivers service in line with agreed performance metrics
  • Consistently deliver service that is of high quality and timely in nature
  • Anticipates and seeks to address internal and / or external client needs
