The Workforce Analyst will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and improving certain internal controls surrounding financial, human resources and payroll.
This position works closely with Human Resources and Finance to research and resolve and mitigate any risks / issues.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Deliver routine and special projects for Finance, HR and Payroll reporting and analysis. Understand Finance, HR and Payroll reporting requirements related to all business units.
Participate in reporting projects and ensure timely delivery of Finance, HR and Payroll reporting to is accurate reporting.
Provides oversight over controls include auditing and analyzing data to proactively identify opportunities for compliance and efficiency improvements
Assist in ensuring the Time & Attendance application is properly set-up, maintained and tested. To include coordinating with Finance, Payroll and HR on all related reporting and fact gathering items to ensure compliance with reporting procedures.
Educate other HR / Payroll / Finance team members on metric definitions and calculation methods.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Intermediate troubleshooting abilities, with ability to problem solve technical issues independently
