Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the development of resources under your reporting line.
  • Act as an escalation point for Integrated HR Operations transactions / activities / cases.
  • Identify and assess complex problems for areas of responsibility (including escalations), creating solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility.
  • Will be responsible to lead Payroll Operations for one of the Payroll verticals from below. The core delivery areas are :
  • Pre Payroll
  • Payroll Time - Admin and Time Management
  • Tax Processing and Admin
  • Payroll Processing

  • Skills and Qualifications :

  • Must have at least 15 years of experience in running Multiple Global Unit Payroll operations
  • Must have at least 8 years of experience as Payroll Manager
  • Exposure to Australian Payroll Operations is an advantage
  • Experience leading a team that manage either Pre-payroll or Post-payroll
  • Experience in managing payroll for an employee base of more than 10,000 people
  • Hands on experience in running month-, and year-end closure and reporting
