Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible for the development of resources under your reporting line.
Act as an escalation point for Integrated HR Operations transactions / activities / cases.
Identify and assess complex problems for areas of responsibility (including escalations), creating solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
Involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility.
Will be responsible to lead Payroll Operations for one of the Payroll verticals from below. The core delivery areas are :
Pre Payroll
Payroll Time - Admin and Time Management
Tax Processing and Admin
Payroll Processing

Skills and Qualifications :
Must have at least 15 years of experience in running Multiple Global Unit Payroll operations
Must have at least 8 years of experience as Payroll Manager
Exposure to Australian Payroll Operations is an advantage
Experience leading a team that manage either Pre-payroll or Post-payroll
Experience in managing payroll for an employee base of more than 10,000 people
Hands on experience in running month-, and year-end closure and reporting
