We're looking for : Technical Sourcing Specialist

The Technical Sourcing Specialist will collaborate with Technical Recruiters to source, schedule phone screens, and update our ATS.

You are motivated, hungry to learn, and are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. The right candidate will thrive at getting things done in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment while keeping our candidates as the top priority.

Responsibilities :

Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, advertising, company database, internet database searching, and candidate networking

Supervise maintenance, review, and update ATS (applicant tracking system)

Attend meetings, conferences, and other appointments related to recruitment

Ensure strict compliance with recruitment standards and strategic recruitment process in place

Provide appropriate sourcing strategies

Assess recruitment specialists’ work on finding people and efficiency in the recruitment process

Supports team in handling high volume requisitions

Provide a high-quality client-management approach

Set-up interviews

Plan, recommend, implement, evaluate, assess, coordinate, and undertake company activities related to recruitment

Requirements :

Should have at least 3-4 years offshore technical recruiting / sourcing experience

Proficient in English and has the skills to make cold calls

Proactive in establishing a relationship with candidates and our partners

Confident in verbal and written communication channels

Professional written communication and marketing skills

Proficient in using LinkedIn (Boolean Search) and other networking techniques

Must be able to work Pacific hours
