  • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our products.
  • Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.
  • Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.
  • Record outbound call history and customers response in detail.
  • Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
  • Send or email product literature, brochures, catalogs and other campaign material.
  • Achieve daily, monthly, annual targets.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years work experience as Outbound Agent
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills via phone
  • Tech-savvy with broad software technology vocabulary and very strong English communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • A team player with the ability to manage a high-volume workload and work towards month end targets
