Position : ?Japanese Executive Secretary

  • Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in any office-related course, preferably Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written English and Japanese ( N2 or higher ), including the ability to prepare reports, proposals and procedures.
  • Knowledge in basic bookkeeping.
  • At least one six (6) months of work experience as a secretary or executive assistant, or other related work is preferred for this position.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Translation of documents, emails, messages, and letters from Japanese to English / Filipino, and vice versa
  • Bridge communication between executives, employees, and clients with communication barriers
  • Bridge communication between the company, service providers, government agencies, and other third parties with communication barriers
  • Make and answer calls for the company as instructed by the president
  • Make and answer emails for the company as instructed by the president
  • Make bookings for travel and accommodation, and appointments for meetings or other company agenda
  • Support in the documentation and organisation of company files
  • Bookkeeping in Japanese via Google Sheet
  • Other duties and tasks assigned from time to tim
