In line with the continued growth and expansion of our business throughout Asia Pacific, we have an exciting opportunity for a Global Head of Supply Chain Share Service Centres to join our team.

This role will be responsible to plan and direct supply chain operations functions for all facility supply for real estate portfolio.

Principle Responsibilities :

  • Provide strong leadership to the Warsaw, Manila and Atlanta supply chain operations staff
  • Closely collaborate with the supply chain leadership, community and business leaders around the world to lead and develop capabilities integrated with supply chain strategies to deliver value creation and realization
  • Further develop operational excellence across supply chain through knowledge management and integration of people, process and technology.
  • Advise leaders and stakeholders to drive the evaluation of current and future state operating models to optimize cost and service

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Risk, Business Leaders, Global Process Owners and Digital and Technology leadership to identify important changes in business trends and facilitates assessments on implications to operating models
  • Develop new capabilities in process designs, supporting technologies, policies and best practices. Refine and leverage standard and innovative approaches, tools, methodologies, and industry specific content to support strategy development and continuous improvement.
  • Consistently meet SLA / KPI metrics and process improvement project timelines
  • Identify potential benefits and additional economic value that can be achieved through the visibility provided by dashboards
  • Stay current with industry trends and recommendations relevant in the areas of P2P, Supplier onboarding, Risk Management, Digitization, Data and Analytical tools, Visualizations, AI, and other emerging technologies
  • Contribute back to the overall roadmap and prioritized backlog
  • Provides support, coaching and leadership of other sourcing and procurement associates throughout the global network
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain and / or with minimum 10 years post qualification experience.
  • C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility required.
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment.
  • Knowledge and ability to conduct complex financial terms and principles and business analysis in preparation of reports.
  • Possess an aptitude for understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve general results.
  • Experienced with e-procurement and contracts management technology platform.
  • Experienced with standard accounting and / or ERP systems.
