Job Description

Serves clients by selling products and services; acts as an ambassador of Social Light Inc. Solutions, single point of contact for clients, handling from the selling of products to a collection.


  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales
  • Achieves Sales targets assigned by the Social Light Inc.
  • Sales Forecasts, Sales Plans, and Budgeting
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers, competitors, clients
  • Sales Presentation, Promotion, Marketing & Sales of different company products / services
  • Contacts potential clients to assess their individual needs and demonstrate how Company's products can meet or even exceed these needs.
  • Maintains a positive attitude towards existing & potential clients at all times.
  • Participates in growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans
  • Meets with customers and reports back to the management with their requirements
  • Follows up on given offers to potential customers and recommend feedback
  • Deal with customer inquiries, verifies order and other information.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge of Social Light Inc. products
  • Provide outbound / inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Proactively converts inquiry calls into sales
  • Promote and ensure excellent customer service
  • Adhering to agreed processes, meeting required work standards, target and objectives
  • Using negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain the customers 'buy-in
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Minimum Qualifications
