Responsibilities : · Administrative work such as such as encoding, filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies · Coordinating with kitchen staff and riders regarding complaints / concerns· Answering customer inquiries, orders, complaints and concerns · Follow up payments from customers and updating master list regarding payments· Looking and handling suppliersQualifications : · College graduate · At least 1 year experience as administrative staff · Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word · Comfortable in both Filipino and English languages (oral and written)
