JOB SUMMARY :

The role of a trainer / coach / advisor is to develop a competency and skill sets of an individual to perform his / her effectively and efficiently in the work place.

BASIC FUNCTIONS :

  • Delivery of training requirements mostly for outbound sales campaigns.
  • Conduct sales coaching and motivational training for trainees who have gone live on the floor
  • Work closely with Operations and QA to identify training opportunities and performance improvement strategies.
  • Run in-depth analysis (e.g. TNA, RCA, leads analysis, scripting and verbiage, etc.) to identify challenges and issues more specifically and chalk out more targeted action plans.
  • Create, develop and deliver modules based on a specific needs arising from escalations, QA findings or operational request.
  • Share and communicate expertise on the requirements of a campaign from a training perspective during the pre-launch stages.
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Must be a college graduate of any degree or specialization.
  • At least two years’ experience in a sales coach capacity or trainer role in the BPO industry handling outbound sales campaigns.
  • At least two (2) years’ experience as an inbound / outbound sales agent.
  • Good interpersonal & people management skills.
  • Highly driven, persuasive and assertive.
