    Position : Mandarin Customer Experience Executive

    Location : BGC, Taguig City

    Schedule : Dayshift Weekends Off / AU time

    Work Set Up : Onsite

    Industry : BPO Company

    Salary : Php 86,000 (18K Basic, 3K allowance, 65K language)

    Duties :

  • Provide world-class service to our customers in an accurate,
  • efficient and respectful manner on every call as measured by different performance metrics.
  • Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
  • Overseeing the customer service process.

    Requirements :

  • At least Sr / High School Graduate or equivalent to Senior HS
  • Mandarin speaking and writing (both English and Mandarin) agent who will handle voice and email touchpoints
  • Must have a customer service background
  • Travel account experience preferred
  • Proficient communications skills in both Mandarin and English
  • Familiar with Gmail
  • Has experience in navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously
