Position : Mandarin Customer Experience Executive
Location : BGC, Taguig City
Schedule : Dayshift Weekends Off / AU time
Work Set Up : Onsite

Salary : Php 86,000 (18K Basic, 3K allowance, 65K language)
Duties :
Provide world-class service to our customers in an accurate,
efficient and respectful manner on every call as measured by different performance metrics.
Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
Overseeing the customer service process.
Requirements :
At least Sr / High School Graduate or equivalent to Senior HS
Mandarin speaking and writing (both English and Mandarin) agent who will handle voice and email touchpoints
Must have a customer service background
Travel account experience preferred
Proficient communications skills in both Mandarin and English
Familiar with Gmail
Has experience in navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously
