The Vertical Customer Success Manager will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with the company’s key clients in the Finance and Accounting vertical in order to increase business with the client and support long-term client satisfaction.
Deliver on-brand experience responding to a high volume of questions coming over from clients under the Accounting and Finance Vertical Testing
Review and propose process improvements that drive client and market penetration.
Build business success stories and case studies.
Maintain all information of customer activity within CRM platform
Create & articulate compelling value propositions for company services in coordination with the marketing team
Draft various business reports
Be proactive in strengthening existing relationships and creating new ones to maximize acquisition, retention, and up-sell
Manage regular meetings with clients in order to check in on progress, share status updates that affect them or their employees.
Identify opportunities for new products or service improvements that clients are looking for from the company.
Serve as intermediary and point of escalation between clients to Vertical Team and Vertical Team of the Company.
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field or 5 years of working experience as an Account Manager.
Prior experience in handling clients under Accounting and Finance is an advantage.
