Job Description

Play a lead role in the launch and development of Zilingo’s B2B, Fintech and Manufacturing Ecosystem businesses in the Philippines.

Key responsibility to develop a team and establish processes to build up the B2B business in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies B2B business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analysing sales options.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with B2B clients by providing support, information and guidance in terms of Zilingo Products and Services.
  • Achieving sales in B2B that can give gain and growth to the global Zilingo business
  • Working closely with the B2C, Private Label, E-POS & Inventory Management, Trend Forecasting and Fintech teams to create synergies and growth across businesses and regions.
  • Establish SLAs, processes and guidelines required to build a best-in-class B2B e-commerce platform.
  • Data analysis and reporting on various processes.

  • Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience and familiarity with the fashion supply chain, e-commerce field
  • A positive attitude, with a passion for sales networking and business growth
  • Strong leadership acumen for smooth and positive coordination across teams
  • Strong numeric and analytical attitude
  • Experience working independently and delivering projects in a timely manner
  • Dynamic and flexible with ability to work in emerging markets
  • Excellent in problem solving and critical thinking
  • Ability to be flexible, agile and thrive in chaos
  • Interested in being a mentor and building teams around you
