PHL - Customer Support Officer - AI & IB

  • Provide customer service via email or phone calls & answer customer / agency’s question regarding product, process, policy
  • Role Responsibilities :

    Ensure compliance with QBE policies, procedures and relevant legislationsEstablish and maintain an efficient and effective relationship with customers and stakeholders in respect to process inquiriesProcessing basic and routine functions related to Accounts Receivable (Credit Control) duties, including cash application, active monitoring of outstanding customer balances, supporting collections activities and preparing related documentation and correspondenceMaking data entries in the system and extracting statistical data and reports from records for analysis

    Role Qualifications :

    Basic knowledge of AccountsReceivable transactional processingPreferred Basic Knowledge of InsuranceUnderstanding of spreadsheets and reconciliation proceduresProficiency in MS ToolsKeen to detailsExcellent verbal and written communication skills (English)Analytical and Problem Solving SkillsBachelor’s degreeAt least 6-12 months experience in a similar rolePreferably with experience in Financial ServicesAmenable to work on shifting schedule, weekends and PH holidaysAmenable to work in Cebu Business Park, Ayala, Cebu City
