The Talent Acquisition Specialist shall be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of candidates to fill corporate positions.

Duties and responsibilities

Collaborates with the stakeholders or Hiring Managers for Job specifications and directions.

Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.

Source candidates through different channels such as Social Media, Employee Referral Program, Online Job Search Engine.

Experiments on different recruitment tools to guarantee quality of hires and efficiency in hiring.

Monitors the daily flow of applicants and new hires. Updates the database of applicants which includes the applications' progress.

Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.

Actively work to reduce the timeframe from candidate identification to on-boarding.

Maintains and tracks requirements of newly on-boarded employees.

Perform other HR-related functions.

Client Managment

Graduate in any discipline with additional qualification in HR / Personnel Management desirable

At least 2-3 years of working as Sourcing or Recruiting, preferably with experience in Volume Hiring (Agents, etc.) and Corporate Recruitment.

Proficient in using MS Office such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
