Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced sales account manager to support clients and manage sales activities.

The responsibilities of sales account manager include maintaining client relationships, overseeing the sales process, and acting as a point of contact.

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, knowledgeable about working with CRM software similar to Salesforce, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Ultimately, you should demonstrate great customer service skills, strong business acumen, and problem-solving skills.

Responsi bilities

  • Develop new sales and partnership opportunities.
  • Manage existing accounts for long-term success.
  • Establishing good rapport with clients.
  • Supervise and coach sales representatives to ensure quality sales leads.
  • Draft sales proposals and partnership agreements.
  • Prepare reports on accounts and transactions.
  • Track account targets.
  • Monitor and manage sales KPIs
  • The ideal c andidate would have :

  • Business, marketing, or similar degree.
  • Proven experience and track record in outsourcing deals.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of sales metrics.
  • Ability to problem-solve.
