Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot and handle post-implementation issues
  • Provide alternate solutions where technical constraints impede the business process
  • Produce and maintain customer specific resolution documentation
  • Ensure tickets are responded to customers’ satisfaction in a timely fashion and quality manner
  • Facilitates escalation of issues and incidents to the principal as the need arises. Closely coordinates simulated, evaluated scenario and recognizes and upkeep provided resolutions
  • Facilitates with system upgrades, health-check, and evaluation maintenance
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related course
  • At least with 1-year working experience in POS implementation (preferably iVend)
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be assigned in San Juan, Metro Manila
