  • Answers phone calls and provides important information / assistance to clients.
  • Checks mail, fax and internet mail to provide customer assistance.
  • Manages computer / on-line guidelines for the purpose of responding to customer queries..
  • Communicates with customer on the phone or using written correspondence to take care of concerns. Candidate must be atleast 18 years of age.
  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field or reached at least 2nd year in College with no back subjects.High School Graduates are accepted only if the candidate has atleast 6 months of BPO experience.

    Good English Communciation skills is a big advantage.
