As a Senior Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for assisting customers with various concerns through email, chat and phone call.
You will also ensure they will receive the best experience in dealing with their queries.
Mange phone calls (inbound & outbound)
Verify customer account information
Assist customer with their orders, refunds or exchanges
Provide best in class experience to customer to promote retention
At least 5 years experience in a customer service role
God English communication skills
Good Attention to detail
