PMO Order Entry Specialist

By joining us as a PMO Order Entry Specialist, you will complete a 30-day extensive classroom and on the job training conducted by our PMO Order Entry members who are process experts.

The program will cover functions on Project Order Management, Customer Service and system tools to equip and develop your competency and capabilities in various functions.

After the program, you will be part of a high-performing, dynamic, and customer-focused PMO team.

In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your project management proficiency and skills in providing excellent customer service to Emerson as a member of the Measurement Solutions organization.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL :

  • Interpret and process order instructions from PMO team counterpart in Rosemount Customer Central and enter them into the business tools
  • Evaluate and apply all the necessary processes and make sound decisions in executing an order
  • Communicate changes and make recommendations in the overall order entry process of project orders and transactions
  • Suggest process improvements in the respective support
  • FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED :

  • A diploma on any 4-year course
  • At least 1.5 years of work experience in related documentation management, data entry and / or data administration support or functions
  • Knowledge in intermediate to advance MS Office Application (e.g. MS Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Knowledge in applicable business processes and systems tools (e.g. Oracle Business Systems, CRM, eDocs, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Proficiency in English communication skills
  • Willingness to work on night shift
