Job DescriptionEnsures that all copies in both English and local language are of high quality (i.e. grammatically sound) across all campaigns, interfaces and landing pages)Reviews content produced by copywriters to make sure they meet the Traveloka guide and standardsCollaborates with different teams/stakeholders to help localize their campaigns, ensuring smooth and quality execution at all timesManages the creation of creative and promotional materials from end to endManages a team of in-house writersMaintains consistency of brand tone and quality across all interfaces and platformsA good storytellerComes up with fresh ideas in terms of content that will help increase our user engagement across all interfaces and platformsConstantly updates herself/himself with the latest trends in social media and/or content marketingAnalyze push notifications and email performance if and when necessaryFacilitate brainstorming process and guide storytelling of ideas for campaigns (i.e. digital videos, product launch, etc.)
QualificationsAt least 4 years experience in E-commerce copy writing or magazine/newspaper writing is idealFluency in English is a mustBasic understanding of online consumer behaviorCritical thinking and ability to persuasively influence through storytellingA critical eye; keen attention to detail is a mustOpen to sharing and conveying ideas and concepts to improve content or support marketing campaignsSelf-driven in terms of managing and accomplishing projects especially under tight deadlinesAbility to work and function in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervisionSocial media savvy (a plus)Ability to lead, coach and empower writersStrong team player, has an open mind and possess empathy Eager to learn and share best practices in the workplace
