Here's what you would be doing at UiPath : - Solution Design and Implementation (70%) ·Design and implement process automation solutions in onsite and offsite Client engagements to drive successful adoption and increase consumption of UiPath products.

  • Conduct architectural evaluation, design and analysis of Client enterprise systems, in constant compliance of Client’s strategic blueprints and architecture.
  • Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and provide solution; anticipate, identify, track and resolve technical issues and mitigate risks.
  • Design and develop solutions utilising UiPath Platform and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery. ·Create or update documentation including architecture diagrams and design documents (i.
  • e. Solutions Design Document) to support development. ·Lead or collaborate with hybrid teams to ensure architectural solution is suitably translated into effectual and robust implementation.

  • Hands-on RPA development and development of shared components / objects. ·Participate in definition and application of RPA Centre of Excellence (COE) application standards, processes and practices.
  • Guide development and support teams to resolve technical challenges and issues.·Execute code review and user acceptance, including usage scenario, test script development and test guidance to Implementation Team.
  • Assist Sales, Pre-Sales and Customer Success team in their client conversations to ensure high-quality of dialogue, conversion and upsell.
  • Team Management (30%) ·Lead, manage, mentor, coach, train and motivate team members distributed within country or designated region within South East Asia.

  • Delegate projects to team members accordingly and provide support as needed.·Map out hiring needs and be a part of the hiring process for future team members.
  • Lead weekly syncs with your team to ensure alignment and answer questions.·Develop a deep understanding of the UiPath Platform and its functionalities.
  • Engage clients in technical pre and post-sales activities to drive successful adoption. ·Lead and manage delivery programs and projects with responsibility for agreed timelines and outcomes.
  • Evangelise UiPath by identifying client needs and showcasing the best solutions.·Build and manage relationship with regional business and functional stakeholders.
  • Conduct presentations and briefings relating to service capabilities and offerings.·Work closely with the product team to suggest improvements of core functionalities and adding external technologies to the UiPath ecosystem.
  • What you will bring : - ·Graduates in Computer Science with 9+ years’ experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, PowerShell or Python preferred), ideally with recognised IT Architect and / or Project Management certifications.

  • Advanced proficiency in Object Oriented Design (ODD) and analysis, application analysis / design engineering functions, non-
  • functional software qualities such as resiliency / maintainability and advanced behaviour-driven testing techniques.·Leader, thinker and analyser with the ability to engage with stakeholders to understand and respond to their needs in rapidly changing business environments.

  • Proven track record of managing, training and motivating remote members of delivery team distributed across multiple cities and countries within a region or sub-
  • region. ·Successfully led and mentored team of developers to help them reach their career and personal goals.·Prior experience in setting up Centre of Excellence within customer or partner organization including standards, processes, templates and coaching.

  • Previous experience with working with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Kofax, Open Span RPA, ideally in AGILE software delivery.
  • Deployment experience of enterprise solutions in multiple domains is a plus, with prior experience in BPOs an advantage.
  • Strong solution and process thinking, problem solver and solutions oriented.·Great verbal and written presentation, communication and articulation skills, with native fluency in English and mother tongue expected, with business proficiency in other languages a plus.
