Ensure accuracy of department personnel information including all management and customer required reporting Provide overall leadership for assigned areas across all shifts
Ensure all established costs, quality, TAT and delivery commitments are met
Coordinate production activities with all other functions of the organization and internal / external customers to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment
Review production and operating reports and direct the resolution of operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays
Perform administrative activities associated with the effective management of shop operations, including utilizing of company systems, compiling, storing, and retrieving reliable data reports
Determine responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives
ensure all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations
Develop and maintain manufacturing operations business plans to include all program requirements, labor hours, cycle, production costs, and image
Build commitment and overcame resistance; Prepare and support Managers hired for the key positions; Monitor transition and evaluated their results.
Communicate regularly with other internal partners, Managers in different departments to deliver company and customer objectives as required
Identified industry best practices and ensure competitiveness of service programs.
At least 10 years of manufacturing experience in mobile phone industry
Degree in engineering, marketing, business or equivalent
Management training in Quality and Safety systems and high ethics orientation.
Proven experience in leading a large blue-collar workforce in a developing country.
Superior knowledge of KPI / Metrics in production
