We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager to joinour Safety Productivity and Solutions team in our Philippines office.

Reporting to the Sales Manager , your focus will be driving the organization to reach a profitable sales growth within targeted Key End Customers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Preserve the existing business within key accounts and generating new business
  • Create credibility, build strong, lasting client relationships and earn the client's trust
  • Build strong relationships with the decision makers within the key account, build and identify business opportunities, capture detail information to feed Honeywell leadership for strategy making
  • Measure current sales within Key Accounts and develop tactical action plans to increase sales revenue
  • Strong engagement with all internal stakeholders to line up supports and resources
  • Lead contract negotiation
  • Identify and target Vertical Sector Key Accounts which will provide sales opportunities
  • Provide input for the annual operating plan and the long term business plan
  • Provide data to support monthly product forecasting process, On Time and In Full
  • Reach sales and profitability targets for each line of business for the targeted large accounts
  • Key Experience & Capabilities

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in key account management, territory management and outside sales in the B2B sector
  • Product experience in Personal Protective Equipment
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
