About the Role
Internally known as Customer Service Representative 2, this role is responsible for responding to routine inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers regarding financial products and services for English and Spanish queue.
Take inbound calls related to Consumer Lending Customer Service queue such as account inquiries, payment processing and amortization
Deliver quality and excellent customer service to customers
Participate in projects assigned in the line of business
Market Skills and Certifications
Completed at least 2 years of tertiary education
At least 2 years experience in customer service or financial services in BPO / call center setting for English and Spanish queue
Very good communication skills both verbal and written for English and Spanish language
Keen to details
Flexible to work during night shift, holidays and weekends
Flexible to work from home and work onsite based on business need and pandemic situation
