Key Responsibilities :

  • Responding to queries and providing assistance for questions and problems.
  • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
  • Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems.
  • Utilizes knowledge base information to answer customer inquiries and alerts supervisor or lead worker when there is confusion or absence of information to answer particular questions.
  • Key Requirements :

  • College Graduate of any course
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in English and must have very good communications skills.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Familiarity on Customer Service skills and etiquette.
  • High level of fluency in written English. Able to converse and provide technical support in English through various channels Live Chat
  • Applicants must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
  • Minimum Technical Knowledge Required

    Knowledge and experience on ticketing tools,. Understanding of telecom industry, products, ISP related services, etc

    1. Understanding of common technical terminology

    2. Displays superb customer service skills and capabilities

    3. Basic Operating System knowledge

    4. Knowledge of common ISP products & services

    6. Ability to navigate common user interface elements
