Client Info : A contact center providing multilingual customer service to clients located in China and USA. This BPO has been servicing several numbers of clients including THE ICONIC BRAND for street wear.

The company is supporting the fans and customers of this leading luxury street wear brand. Known to be expensive and luxurious, many of its buyers are coming from different countries.

Position : Japanese Customer Care (3 months Project based)

Online Shopping Customer Care (clothing line)

Industry : BPO Company

Location : Work from Home

Salary : Up to P 100,000

Work Schedule : (6 AM, 11 AM, 3 PM, 9 PM)

Work Set-up : ?Temporary work from home

Requirements :

  • Japanese Level 1 or 2
  • Native Japanese preferably with 13A visa
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Preferably with stable internet connection at home
  • Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) or G Suite (Sheets, Docs and Slides)
  • Responsibilities :

  • Handle English and Japanese phone calls, chats and emails from customers of luxury clothing brand
  • Attend to inquiries about payment modes via online shopping
  • Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) or G Suite (Sheets, Docs and Slides)
  • Recruitment Process :

    a. Initial Screening - Recruitment team (English)

    b. Native Language Interview

    d. Assessments

    e. Role and Cultural Fitment - Operations team

  • Japanese Level 1 or 2
  • Native Japanese preferably with 13A visa
  • Excellent English communication skills
