Business Support Services Specialist
Responsible for efficiently and effectively supporting the user community of the application under LifeCycle Solutions. Manage services for particular application area in an efficient and structured way as well as following up on the next service level.
Follow and maintain established processes and services on operational level in coordination with GBS Ingelheim colleagues.
We look for
Processes incoming queries (either via call / e-mail) from key / end-user community. Ensure a timely support for any business process related questions, errors, and / or suggestions for improvement or any single service requests.
Analyzes process- and system-errors and solves and / or forward those issues to business expert or IT colleagues for resolutions.
Participate and conduct regular alignment meetings with all involved stakeholders (e.g. LifeCycle Solutions team, business process expert, and key / end users).
Act as point of contact for user administration and demand request task for business process or related application.
Efficiently manages and prioritizes tasks to ensure Service Level Agreements
Process a high number of requests from end / key users regarding business processes,thereby requires sense of urgency for particular support issues and take the appropriate actions.
Responsible for handling demand request and user administration task from end / key users.
Required Skills / Experience :
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Issue Resolution
Preferably with Supply Chain background but not mandatory
Customer Service Orientation
Experienced communication skills
Experienced in Microsoft Office
Knowledgeable in SAP and Service Now
Knowledgeable in GxP would be an advantage
Ability to work in a team
Can work with minimum supervision
Able to work on a shifting schedule
Has experience to issue resolution and any CRM tool
Has shared services experience
