We’re looking for a competent Sales Professional to join us as DISTRUBUTOR MANAGER - BACOLOD based.


  • Responsible for the assigned region and works in close collaboration with the Distributor Partner (DP) Owners, thru the DP Operations Manager (OM) and / or Sales Supervisor, to ensure alignment and achievement of regional target outlet coverage, numeric & weighted distribution by SKU,
  • Closely oversee call efficiency (strike rate), outlet drop size, OOS control and excellent merchandising (facing share, POSM placement) through the most efficient & effective utilization of manpower and budget
  • Analyze the various routes to the consumer in order to develop the optimum distribution infrastructure and actively meet & liaise with DP OM regarding KPI achievement per route on a daily basis.
  • Must be willing to work extended hours when necessary.
  • The role reports to the Zone Manager, Western Visayas.
  • YOU ARE :

  • University degree graduate in Business Administration or related field.
  • With 10 years or more solid managerial sales experience specializing in Distributor Management in an FMCG environment
  • Experience with extensive exposure in handling, promoting & selling tobacco products is an advantage
  • Proven effective account management and relationship development experience
  • With good communication, planning and Entrepreneurial skills
  • Passionate about achieving individual & team objectives
  • Range of influencing styles
  • Adaptable, flexible & open to change
  • A team player & can work independently
  • Proficient in oral and written English
  • Must have Professional Driver's License
