This role will require frequent internal communication, but at times, may require client outreach.

Prepares weekly and monthly KPI reports for CS US and CS Manila
Ensures client data in Base, Zendesk, and other tools are accurate and up-to-date
Handles Zendesk admin requests from team members
Assists in special projects as needed
Meets with CS leadership regularly to discuss initiatives
Setting up accounts and access for all New Hires
Must have relevant experience working in a similar position
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Reliable, trustworthy and is strongly committed to the job
Willing to work on a graveyard shift
Excellent spoken and written English

US Real Estate experience is a plus

Processor should be 2ghz and above, Intel core 5 / 7 or equivalent is highly required
Ram should be at least 8 gigs with 100 Gb Free disk space
Headset with noise-canceling feature
At least 10 Mbps & up wired connection for main isp (DSL or fiber)
For backup isp, preferably Pocket wifi, Prepaid home wifi (strictly no USB Sticks allowed)
