to-end implementation, servicing, and operations of all treasury and depository solutions for corporate, commercial and business banking clients globally, and for treasury operations in Canada, EMEA, Latin America and Asia.
We are currently looking for an Implementation Advisor who will be responsible to implement large projects by acting as a single point of contact for the client.
Key Responsibilities Ensures a smooth client onboarding (KYC) experience through leveraging experience and partnership with internal parties Leverages knowledge and industry best practice to provide best in class solutions for customers and actively acts as a trusted advisor to the client through a consultative approach Works closely with Sales, Client Servicing, Operations, Technical Helpdesk as well as other internal partners to provide the client with a seamless delivery Works independently with minimal supervision and promptly escalates matters requiring senior attention Must be client focused, able to build and sustain relationships, transcend silos to achieve swift adoption and communicate crisply and candidly to drive client delight Responsible for building and managing client and business partner relationships while improving overall client delight through delivering projects on time An inquisitive learner who is capable of challenging the status quo, able to pick up new requirements quickly and disseminate information learned to a wider audience Key Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience within relevant areas -
