Position : Mandarin Customer Relation Officer

Location : Quezon City

Industry : BPO Company Energy Retail

Salary : P70,000-P80,000

Schedule : Dayshift - Weekends off

Work Set Up : Work On Site

Benefits : Annual appraisals, performance bonus, HMO, Accident and Life insurance, 24PTOs 10 for conversion, language premium

Duties :

Effectively manage and answers customer inquiries through calls

Assist Customers through Online and Support Live Chat

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Build professional relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools

Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas through upselling

Achieve First Call Resolution

Effectively handle complaints and, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution - escalate when required

Account Management - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, file documents and ensure customer details are updated accurately.
