Job Description

  • Identify and hire A-Players & intrapreneurs in our rapidly growing organization
  • Develop a hiring strategy and execute on it
  • Retain our top performers by dedicating time to their development
  • Execute on founders and leadership's vision to nurture and grow a protean organization
  • Understand the internal needs of the organization during chaotic and fast-moving times and act on it
  • Revamp our hiring process with the advice of leadership
  • Nurture and grow our culture of responsibility, performance and freedom
  • Keep the organization organized and manage the rate of change
  • Maintain flexiblity and remove complexity in our organization as we grow
  • Understand growth opportunities for each employee by consulting management and position each and every employee for promotions
  • Take care of the tasks that must be done Payroll Documentation and management of employee targets in different units by working with managers Creation of performance reports and monitoring the effectivity of such Employee management Attendance management Contract creation and amendment
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, no maximum
  • Experience in hiring intrapreneurs
  • Experience in fast-growing companies, technology companies and startups is an advantage
  • International talent knowledge & experience is an advantage
