    initiatives and programs directly impacting strategic imperatives

  • Orchestrate alignments across multiple programs and projects to ensure theyalign
  • withthe organization’s goals


  • Orchestrate decision making process, managecommunications among the
  • stakeholders and establish

    accountability and ownership

  • Monitor and report the implementation and milestones of businessstrategies.
  • Establish cadence, agenda, key highlights, report on action items, facilitate
  • resolution of issues, and follow-through of project issues.

  • Provide relevant and required reports to management

  • Implement new way of doing things
  • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure program goals areachieved
  • Ensure that process gaps are resolved and improvements are implemented
